Refund policy

In the event that you are not satisfied with any of our products or that there is any damage to the product received, we make the exchange thereof or the order cancellation and your money back available.

It is important to keep in mind that the pieces are made through artisanal production processes, so the pieces have particular characteristics due to their very nature of production. All the pieces made by hand, such as ceramics, have variations from piece to piece and details that come from the process (it is not an industrial assembly plant that allows all the pieces to be identical).

In case of return of the parts to request a refund:

    • Make the request with a limit of no more than 7 days after receiving the piece and indicate the reason for the return as well as whether it is your preference to change the piece for another available on our site (of the same value) or the cancellation of the order and refund of the payment. 
    • Do not use, break, manipulate or use the product to be returned. This first condition is essential to carry out the replacement of the product or refund of the amount thereof.
  • In case of cancellation of the order and refund: 
    • We will make the Return to your credit / debit card for the value of the product that was purchased.
    • Return in a gift certificate with which you can purchase more pieces from our site.
  • If the box arrives broken or the product is open, please take the following steps to replace the product or return your money.
Steps to follow:
  1. Take photos of the exterior and interior of the package immediately upon receipt in poor condition. 

  2. Send the photos and report to mariasventas2@gmail.com You have a limit of 24 hours to report any anomaly with the shipment. The time is taken into account since the package is received at your address.

  3. If Marias Arte & Diseño or the parcel are responsible for the product arriving in poor condition, we will send a new package with the merchandise and a guide to return the damaged product for free. This is determined through the photographs and reports through the parcel.
