How do I make my purchase?

When you locate a product you want to buy, simply click the "Add to Cart" button on that product's description page. You can access the shopping cart at any time by clicking on the "Cart" icon (presented with a shopping bag) at the top of the page. If you decide to remove an item from your cart, simply click "Remove" to the right of the product you want to remove. You can also adjust the quantity of any product in your shopping cart. The production processes are artisanal, so our stock is limited by pieces, in case the quantity you have requested is available, you will now see the adjusted quantities, as well as your new subtotal.

 

What forms of payment do we accept?

We accept payments made through the paypal platform, cards can be used to make the purchase. 

 

How secure is the shipment?

We use highly renowned national and international transport companies, Fedex allows us to obtain a tracking number and thus track our order until it reaches its destination. 

 

Can the ceramic be put in the microwave and dishwasher?

The ceramic of the Chicharra Cerámica is produced at high temperatures and is resistant to temperature changes, in addition to being free of lead and cadmium, so it is possible to use a dishwasher for cleaning, as well as microwaves.

 

Is pewter microwaveable and dishwasher safe?

It is possible to use the pewter pieces in dishwashers but these MUST NOT BE METER for any reason in the microwave since it is metal. 

The recommendations for use for pewter regarding fire use, is resistant, it is not recommended to leave the piece heating without liquid inside. 

By its nature, the pewter when having impacts can detach part of its enameling, in case this is on the outside of the cup, it does not cause any damage, if it is on the inside, it is recommended not to heat liquids inside. 

 

What does P / A mean in an engraving?

Proof of Author, these are the first pieces that the artist prints and that are his property. 

 

How do I know the numbering and size of the edition of a piece?

In the engraving you can find different styles to present the data, most of the pieces have a line on the bottom front of the piece that contains: Edition number / Series size, Name of the piece, Signature and year.
